Stacey Duff: Customer Success Director
Stacey has previously worked for Cheshire Police within the PPU Referral Unit and as an Intelligence Officer. She has experience supporting victims of domestic abuse and aiding front-line policing by developing intelligence packages for organised crimes, high-value burglaries, drug operations, and murder investigations. More recently, Stacey has served as a Customer Success Director in both the public and private sectors, establishing a customer-centric function that empowers customers to achieve optimal results and derive maximum value from their products and services.
Mel Lamb: Senior Customer Success Manager
Mel came to FA after 29 years as an Intelligence Analyst in the Metropolitan Police Service and is a Senior Customer Success Manager as well as a Technical Support Analyst and Subject Matter Expert Trainer. Throughout her entire career she was embedded within both proactive and reactive teams dealing with all types of major and serious crime, predominantly homicide, threats to life and organised crime. She has received multiple commendations for her work in these areas. Mel has extensive knowledge and specialism in use of communications data both for intelligence purposes and evidentially. Mel is a recognised leader in researching new and evolving technology/data opportunities in the wider industry and disseminating that to the analytical community.
Ben Baker: Customer Success Manager
Ben Baker is a former Metropolitan Police Detective Sergeant skilled in serious and complex investigations that leverage digital evidence to achieve operational success. Ben has experience of using CSAS and leading operational teams in investigations across various crime types including county line drug dealing, human trafficking and exploitation, organised crime, and most recently in the domestic abuse and stalking sphere with Op Atlas. Ben is passionate about the potential of digital investigations to achieve positive outcomes, secure convictions, and protect the public.
Ben Chieffo: Customer Success Manager
Ben Chieffo has a background in both law enforcement and as an expert witness, both using CSAS. At Lancashire Constabulary, Ben was in the first cohort of DMIs, working on the Digital Investigation Unit, practicing and supervising investigations that harnessed both traditional and breakthrough digital investigation techniques for a wide range of offences, including attempted murder, and murder. Ben authored and delivered digital training to hundreds of trainee detectives, as well as to Digital Media Investigators, before gaining promotion to Detective Sergeant. Having experience in both law enforcement and the private sector as an expert witness, Ben has real-world knowledge around the production of evidence using CSAS, having produced and given evidence for the prosecution and defence, as well as for the family court, and in civil proceedings.
Brian Connor: Customer Success Manager
Brian is a former Detective Inspector with Police Scotland. During his career he specialised in surveillance and worked across many departments focusing on serious and organised crime. During his time as National SPoC Manager, Brian led the unit with the responsibility for acquisition and disclosure of communications data in Scotland.
