Quality and Compliance

Quality is embedded in our culture. Our business is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified and holds cyber security certifications Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.

We provide forensic casework for FSA-DIG 200 (Cell Site Analysis for Geolocation) and are the only software and hardware provider to be undertaking this with accreditation to ISO 17025 and compliance with the Forensic Science Regulator’s (FSR) Code of Practice. Our accredited and FSR compliant method for forensic casework is fully validated with CSAS and Lima Cell Monitor being core components.

For customers, this provides confidence that outputs generated using our technology are suitable for evidential use and are aligned with accreditation and regulation requirements.

Quality as a Service

Quality as a Service (QaaS) is a structured set of six modules designed to support organisations working toward ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and compliance with the Forensic Science Regulator’s Code of Practice (v2) for Cell Site Analysis.

All six modules together offer a proven route to accreditation. View the modules we are offering and how to register below.

ISO 17025 & FSR Code of Practice (FSA-DIG-200)

ISO 17025 is the recognised international standard for testing and calibration activities, demonstrating technical competence and the ability to produce valid and reliable results.

Alongside this, the Forensic Science Regulator’s Code of Practice sets the quality requirements for forensic science activities within the criminal justice system, including FSA-DIG-200 for Cell Site Analysis for Geolocation.

ISO 27001 – Information Security

ISO 27001 is the global standard for Information Security Management Systems, designed to help organisations identify risks and protect sensitive data through structured controls.

Forensic Analytics applies this framework to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the information and data we handle.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems, focused on ensuring organisations consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements while driving continual improvement.

At Forensic Analytics, this underpins how we manage processes, monitor performance and evolve our services in response to user needs. It ensures that quality is built into everything we deliver, from product development through to professional services and customer support.

Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus

Cyber Essentials sets the baseline for defending against common threats, while Cyber Essentials Plus proves those controls are working in practice. As government‑recommended standards, they build trust, strengthen security, and support confident, secure operations. Suitable for organisations of all sizes, these certifications add to the assurance that your systems are protected and your data is secure.
