The session will provide guidance based on our experience with a common sense, plain English interpretation of the statutory FSR Code of Practice (FSR CoP) to help all understand the obligations placed on us if we are creating reports or giving evidence for which FSA- DIG-200 is applicable.

We will address concerns regarding the term ‘expert’ and provide explanation that it's not a job title but a role indicating people have all the necessary qualifications, experience and validated working practices to offer guidance to the court – whether or not you are accredited by UKAS and / or compliant with the FSR CoP v2.
