CSAS: 3rd Party & Open-Source Components

Forensic Analytics incorporates a number of third-party software libraries and open-source software components. By using the Software the Customer accepts the terms and conditions upon which such components, and the limitations of liability associated with the same. Open-source projects are made available and contributed to under licenses that include terms that, for the protection of contributors, make clear that the projects are offered “as-is”, without warranty, and disclaiming liability for damages resulting from using the projects.
